Values and principles guide our work
Metropolia's operations are based on a strategy and jointly defined values that guide our community's activities. The Code of Conduct derived from these values defines a common set of rules, according to which every person in our community must act. Metropolia's equality and equity work is based on the shared values and strategic goals of Metropolia.
Topics that matter to us
Sustainable development is a key cross-cutting theme in Metropolia's strategy. In addition, our strategy guides us to strive for digital leadership. It is important for us to provide a safe learning and working environment for our students and staff. We also want to continuously improve the quality of our operations, for example through the results of our evaluation and feedback systems.
