"The Blending Intensive Programme (BIP) about Ethical Leadership & Corporate Social Responsibility was a great opportunity for an international exchange alongside my Procurement MBA studies. The course included informative online lectures taught by professors from different universities and a one-week study trip to Berlin organized by SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences in spring 2023.
I learned not only about such interesting topics as ethical leadership and responsible business development, but also about the cultures of my fellow students from France, the Czech Republic, Germany, and Finland.
We were provided with the possibility to enhance our knowledge of leadership, sustainability, and social responsibility in different industries and business environments by listening to business professionals and visiting BMW Group iFactory.
I enjoyed the international atmosphere and the chance to build personal and professional networks. That is why, I highly recommend participating in the exchange study events whenever possible."
