More than 800 graduates were celebrated at Metropolia's Autumn 2024 graduation ceremonies

More than 800 graduating students from the fields of culture, business, social services and health care and technology were celebrated at Metropolia's Autumn 2024 graduation ceremonies. In the year 2024, more than 3,400 students have graduated from Metropolia with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

In Autumn 2024, 883 students have graduated from Metropolia, of which 729 students have completed a Bachelor's degree and 154 students have completed a Master's degree. The graduates have been celebrated on Wednesday and Thursday 18th and 19th December at Metropolia's Myyrmäki, Myllypuro and Arabia campuses.

Annmari Collin, who graduated with a degree in business administration, describes studying at Metropolia as one of the most significant events in her life.

"Studying at Metropolia has changed my perception of studying and education, and given me a huge amount of self-confidence. I applied to study business administration because I wanted to influence my future and get a career where I could advance. Through my studies, I'm lucky to have found my calling," says Collin.

For Collin, her studies have been truly memorable and have provided her with unique experiences, including an exchange in Berlin.

"The best thing about my studies has been the sense of community at Metropolia and the great team spirit in my study group. I have made many new friends and found like-minded people with whom we have encouraged each other in our studies," she adds.

In 2024, a total of 3,429 future experts in technology, social services and health care, culture and business graduated from Metropolia to enter working life. A total of 2,819 students have graduated from Bachelor's degrees and 610 from Master's degrees. The total number of students graduating in 2024 is almost 10% higher than in 2023.
