Part of the Arabia campus, a new building designed for music education was completed in 2021. It is used in partnership with Metropolia and the Pop & Jazz Conservatory.
Soiva is designed and equipped to meet the requirements of modern classroom and online education. The building's learning and performance spaces enable innovative pedagogy, each space is designed with music learning in mind.
The six-storey, approximately 6,000 htm2 new building will house three training rooms, recording studios and learning spaces.

Construction project
Construction has begun on demolition work in February 2019. The new building was designed by Architects Tommila Oy.
