Come to meet others, discuss issues related to well-being, hear about various services that support well-being, and spend a refreshing moment in a multicultural group!

Metropolia's nursing and geronomy students organize functional meeting point cafes aimed at multicultural elderly immigrants and their caregivers. At the Meeting Point Cafes healthy lifestyles and well-being are discussed in plain Finnish and related services are introduced. The meetings are free and open for everyone. No pre-registration is needed.

The Meeting Point Cafe is organized once a month, and each time has a different theme:

Theme: Nutrition & healthy lifestyle / Ravitsemus ja terveelliset elämäntavat

29.10. from 12 noon to 2 p.m
Theme: Physical exercise and wellbeing / Liikunta ja fyysinen hyvinvointi

28.11. from 12 noon to 2 p.m
Theme: Neurological and Memory related wellbeing / neurologinen ja muistiin liittyvä hyvinvointi

Where?
The meeting point cafes are held In HyMy village of the Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. Our address is: Myllypurontie 1. We are located next to the Myllypuro Metro station with good transport connections. Our building is accessible and we have the possibility to use an elevator.
