Chairman of the Board Henri Kuitunen leaves his position

Henri Kuitunen, long-time Chairman of Metropolia’s Board of Directors, Bachelor of Law, will leave his position after the Annual General Meeting on 16 May 2024.

Kuitunen has been Chairman of Metropolia’s Board of Directors for 15 years. Metropolia is the largest University of Applied Sciences in Finland, with over 17 000 degree students and around 1 100 staff. In 2022, Metropolia's turnover was 111.1 million euros.

The next Chairman of the Board will be elected at the Annual General Meeting.
